In a relaxed atmosphere, we learn together the natural progression of labor and birth, comfort measures, birth planning options, and informed decision making to help you reach your goals. This is an evidence-based series covering everything from getting ready for labor and birth through to caring for baby and mom after birth, including breastfeeding. All classes are filled with learning activities, birth stories, comfort measure practice and relaxation time. Each mother or couple registered for the complete series is given the workbook, Prepared Childbirth the Family Way, as well as a folder with the class outlines and handouts.
